Actual images of ALL items are available. You will receive EXACTLY what you see.

All the items have individual PAYPAL buttons to facilitate easy transaction.

 How Can I Buy Things From This Site.?

 

This standard way of buying items is to use the 'Add-to-Cart' Buttons provided beneath each product.

Simply add your items to the shopping basket then checkout and complete your purchase through Paypal.

*Some multiple card items are not listed individually - Just let me know which ones you want for an invoice.

 

If you prefer to buy items WITHOUT the shopping cart facility, please e-mail your shopping list, requirements and details. I am always happy to tailor the shipping and postage costs to suit customers specific needs.

*If your purchase includes any exchange or credit please refer to me personally first.

*All orders will be sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

 

 

 

 

Payment Options:

 

  • PAYPAL: This is the preferred method of payment which offers added protection to both parties and permits transactions through most credit and debit cards. The 'Add-to-Cart' buttons are linked to Paypal for simple and instant purchases.

 

Payment is also accepted by the following means:

  • CHEQUE: please make all cheques payable to "Alex Whitaker". Goods are not despatched until funds have cleared. Please allow 7 working days for the clearance of cheques, then apply the normal despatch times to the order.

  • CASH: in UK pounds () sterling only. Cash is sent at your own risk, and it is recommend that you send it via a secure postal method. Please note change will not be given, so please send the exact amount.

  • POSTAL ORDERS: Please make payable to "Alex Whitaker" and cross for security. Again, change cannot be given so please send the exact amount. Crossed postal orders are treated as cheque payments and normal cheque clearance times will apply.

Returns Policy:

 

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, I will always make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify me of the problem within 3 working days of delivery of the goods.

DAMAGED GOODS: Please keep your packaging as you found it as without this carrier liability cannot be confirmed. I am only able to accept returns on damaged goods if they are sent back to me in the condition YOU received them.

Please understand that returns are rarely accepted because ..'I don't like it'.. or ..'I made a mistake'.. as photo images are clearly available for each card before purchase and I'm more than happy to provide more on request.
